Career Highlights

Received the Health Technology Innovations Award in Washington D.C. 2014 for "An Integrated Approach to real-time data analysis for changing ground conditions" from The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Office for the Mine Safety.

Presented an inverse velocity landslide prediction model, using data from ground-based radar at the International Slope Stability Conference in Brisbane, Australia, in 2013.

Successful prediction of a five million ton slope collapse, four days in advance of the failure using near real-time inverse velocity radar data, November 6, 2012, at the Bagdad AZ open-pit copper mine.

 

 

Granted Association of Environmental & Engineering Geologists (AEG) publication award, Latest Quaternary Fault Movement Along the Las Vegas Valley Fault System, Clark County, Nevada in May 2006.
